In this video I show you my method for deep cleaning a diatonic harmonica. Denture solution and denatured alcohol are the tools I use to get the job done.

I do also mention vinegar in this video, but that is only really necessary for very old harmonicas that need some surface rust removed. In any case if your harmonica has a wooden comb, do not submerge the wooden comb in any solution.
