Maybe a strange question but I’m working on the train from the first step and I’m not sure what to do with my nose.

Should I breathe through it while playing or kind of plug it like I’m swimming? Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

    Hey Adam!

With the train and harmonica in general the nose should not be in the equation. All breath should be going in and out through your mouth.

Having said that, if some air is naturally escaping in and out through the nose that’s perfectly fine, as long as it’s not a big amount.

    Does that help? 🎵
