As I didn’t find a backing track, I play it to the original.
Therefore this is a private link:

Here is the second take – with more breath and diaphragm support than yesterday. This time the whole song through.

Ok… where do I even start?! First of all thanks for introducing me to this song… What a beautiful harp piece! 2nd… whoa… Your version totally took me back… it was awesome. Then I listened to your second take… The richness! You really got a golden tone on that second one… and that vibrato! That’s the cool thing about not hearing each other for a while… Because like I said I was truly taken back… You sound on a whole new level. Thanks for posting this Udo

    Hey Udo,

You’re sounding great. And that vibrato! So good. Your tone and note accuracy is really nice too.

Congratulations, I feel you are now able to set your sights on any piece of harmonica music and really go for it!

This track by slim harpo came to mind… he has a lot of nice melodies to play along with actually 😎

    Keep on harping!

    Hey Mitch,

Thanks for your feedback – it means a ton to me.

I was listening to Slim Harpo last week as I remembered that you had his intro as one of your licks of the week.

It’s worth trying and perhaps I’ll even sing – or I’ll try to play the vocals on the harp.

    Keep you posted,
    Udo
