    Hi Mitch,

Here is my last exercise in Step 6. I think I should only send them to you for your review and not others.

    Hi CC!

This is great. I think it’s cool you shared these here. I know not everyone will want to listen to the entire lot, but it is a good example of dedicated practice, and you have made great progress.

I’ll answer all you posts here.

Overall you’ve done a great job. In most the examples you post I can hear you warm up and start getting the correct bend after a few attempts. This means you are really close to having this skill in your pocket.

Keep going!! You are really close to having full control.

The main thing I would say is that on the 1 hole and the 4 hole you are not getting the bend all the way down to the correct note. For this, try to do what you are doing but imagine the breath is more from the back of your throat.

And… If you have not already I suggest getting one of the bending apps that shows your accuracy.

“Blue Harmonica” is the one i recommend. :)

    Great work CC!

Thank you so much Mitch for taking time to review all these notes!

You are right on about my 1 hole and 4 hole not hitting the bends. Some people said the 4 hole is the easier but it is not for me. With your tip, I can redo them and once I think they are acceptable, I will re-post them on this thread, but in the mean time, I would like to continue on with Step 7.

By the way, I took some time to check out “Blue Harmonica” and found out that it is an app on the Apple devices. However, I use an Android phone. Regardless, it is a good recommendation. I will try to find an app on Android. At the very beginning of attempting to hit the right bend note, it was probably pointless and only got disappointed all the time. By now, I believe it is time for me to use a tool like this and hope to send more accurate bending recordings for your review

    Thanks again.
