Just started to Jam with a friend if mine. He plays the guitar – guess what I am playing.
We just picked some tunes both of us know. He is a fan of Marilyn Manson so we picked his version of sweet dreams.
It turned out to be challenging for me to get the rhythmic phrasing right.
So I ended up practicing another percussive song. This is what I post, without backing.
Feedback is welcome as always.
Enjoy your Sunday,
Udo
Here is the acoustic version.
The first was recorded with a cupped crystal mic and audio interface direct into the smartphone.
This one is recorded over the air with an open dynamic mic and audio interface direct into the smartphone.
Do you hear a difference?
