I have wanted to learn an instrument since I was a kid. During the lock down I found out I am a great buyer of instruments but not a great player of them. My after covid score is five acoustic guitars, two electrics, two banjos, two ukuleles, two electric basses, and a plethora of amps. I don’t have that many amps but have always wanted to use the word plethora. But I can carry a harmonica to work and practice while driving. My goal is to make a habit of of practicing fifteen minutes a day. I would like to learn how to play Amazing Grace before the summer. Learning the harp has taken on a new role since having my heart attack in December. I need to build up my respiratory strength. Much luck to everyone.

Hi Daniel and welcome. Great to hear your story about your purchasing, sounds like you need more hours in a day for all those instruments. I always carry a harp with me allowing me to practice where ever and when ever I can. My favourite is to get somewhere early and sneak a short practice session in the car. My only issue is 15 minutes seems to pass so quickly, its as though time speeds up! Best wishes with your recovery and good fortune in you harmonica playing.
