CC Step 1 月亮代表我的心 (The Moon Represents My Heart)

This tune was recorded yesterday to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival, when the Harvest Moon is the biggest and roundest. It is a song about the Moon and the love, so I had to finish it to make the date.

Will have to do a Take-2 later.

I think it sounds really good. I would say that the backing track was a little loud. Sometimes it covered up your playing

Right on, Ted. You have good ears; I forgot to turn up the speaker of my mobile phone, which I used for the recording. There are so many things to take care of and I am new at this. I appreciate you speaking out. I will definitely have a Take-2 for this as I also have a few mistakes I want to correct. There are times when the recording is the best that I can do even though it may not be good enough, but in this case, no as I did notice the areas that I can do better. As I said, this one is constrained by the time factor, that being the date of the Festival.

My new experience with the recording let me know that live performances must be so well prepared for them to run smoothly. There is no going back as the audience will see it right at that instance. It is thus worth the money to go see live shows. As such, we are lucky to watch Mitch’s live streaming.
