    Hi troops,

Long time sinds i posted something.
I kept on playing and practicing new things like 3th position I really like the bendings on it so it’s a win win practicing a new scale and working on accurat bending. It’s always a work in progress and challenging.
This is a totally improvisation peace played over a backing track i hope you like it.
The start is a little nervous but as i go further i get warmed up there are some working points like hitting that 3’’’ bend more gently. I hope you like it.
    Greetings,
    Henk.

Whooooooaaaaa….. I started listening and…. whooooaaaa!!! This is awesome Henk! There are so many moments in this that I wanted to point out… too many! 4:11 such a cool little repeat lick.. also the phrasing at 5:53 and on. I am just pointing out a few but this is stellar the whole way through. What is the instrumental track you are playing to? I am putting this on repeat for a bit here!
    Thanks for sharing this Henk

Thanks for the backing track links Henk… what a cool resource. I also wanted to let you know that I played your Blues track for my wife… she’s a musician as well… she loved it and said “this is outstanding!”

I have been practicing sales lately as well and recently have hit such a plateau! this post really helped relight my fire. So thanks again I needed it! and i look forward to the next installment!

That’s awesome. Love those double stop blends. The 3″‘ wasn’t that sour most of the time imo. I liked what you did. Thanks for sharing, Henk

    Hi Shawn,

It’s great to find inspiration glad to hear that it’s helping you.
I wouldn’t call it outstanding I still have lot’s of working points thank your wife for the kind words.
I do have to say when I’m not listening critical but just listen to it as a musical piece i like it a lot.

Keep on loving the harmonica 😉

I just have to comment on Henks 3rd position post.
Henk, that blew me away, you have arrived as a harmonica player. In my opinion, and as said by other members, you give us inspiration, well done, that was an awsome performance. Very smooth. Keep up your rising journey.
    Cheers stevo.
Ps. Well done Mitch on your good training.
